Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.

What are we looking for Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Work Experience: 6+ years of communications experience

Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

Change Adoption Disciplined approach to the behavior side of change. This includes applying knowledge, tools and resources to accelerate adoption of a new tool or process by driving stakeholders willingness to make a behavior change. Such change adoption interventions may include benefits tracking, 30-day challenge, focused coaching, setting up rewards and recognition etc.
Effective Verbal Communications Ability to verbally engage in a concise manner with stakeholders to share opinions or information to convey meaning, construct shared understanding, or promote action.
