Key Responsibilities:

- Create, update, and maintain manufacturing process specifications and technical documentation.
- Revise formula cards, raw material specifications, making instructions, and approved supplier lists.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to obtain approvals and manage specification changes through GTRAQ.
- Work on Enovia PLM to manage technical specifications and change records.
- Review compendia updates and ensure specifications comply with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare process validation protocols, track specification changes, and maintain weekly reports.
- Support product quality assessments, audits, training, and documentation reviews.

Required Skills:

- Experience in Technical Specifications, Process Documentation, or Specification Management.
- Hands-on experience with Enovia PLM (preferred) and Change Management Systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and documentation standards.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in FMCG, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Products industries is preferred.
