seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our dynamic Site Project

Monitoring Team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to high-

Job Overview:

We are looking for seasoned and result-oriented professionals to take on the critical role of Manager, AGM, or GM within our Site Project Monitoring Team. The successful candidate(s) will be instrumental in overseeing, monitoring, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our residential projects. This role demands a strong understanding of project management principles, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach to risk management, all while upholding the

highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Monitoring & Delivery:

• Possess and apply good knowledge of project management methodologies to strategically monitor the progress of multiple residential projects.

• Proactively track project milestones, identify critical paths, and ensure all project phases are executed according to schedule and quality standards.

• Drive project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and the

highest quality specifications, aligning with Casagrand's commitment to excellence.





• Implement and oversee robust monitoring systems and processes to ensure accurate real-time project status updates.

Analytical & Reporting Excellence:

• Develop and present comprehensive analytical reports on project performance,

identifying trends, variances, and potential areas of concern.

• Utilize data-driven insights to recommend corrective actions and optimize

project efficiency.

• Prepare detailed progress reports, risk assessments, and performance

dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and timeliness in all reporting activities.

Proactive Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and challenges that could impact

project timelines, budgets, or quality.

• Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen issues

effectively.

• Conduct regular risk reviews with project teams and stakeholders to ensure

proactive risk mitigation strategies are in place.

Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as a pivotal communication link between site teams, internal

departments, and senior management.

• Facilitate explicit, concise, and effective communication across all project stakeholders.

• Negotiate and resolve conflicts efficiently,



fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.

• Present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Problem-Solving & Decision Making:

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and project impediments effectively.

• Make informed, timely, and sound decisions under pressure, considering various factors and potential outcomes.

• Implement innovative solutions to optimize project delivery and overcome obstacles.

Attention to Detail & Quality Assurance:

• Maintain an unwavering attention to detail in all aspects of project monitoring, documentation, and reporting.

• Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct thorough reviews of project documentation, plans, and reports to identify discrepancies or errors.

Ethical Judgement & Integrity:

• Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct, honesty, and integrity in all

professional dealings.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal

requirements.

• Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience:

Minimum of 12+ years of relevant professional experience in project

management or monitoring, preferably within the real estate or construction

industry.

A minimum of 8+ years of experience in residential projects is mandatory.

Candidates with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) background will be

given preference.

Education:

Degree in Civil Engineering.
