Role & responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points (Meraki and Cisco SD-WAN).
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving network-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to design and implement network enhancements and upgrades.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends.
Preferred candidate profile
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Meraki certifications).
- Experience with network automation tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based networking solutions.
- Willing to work in shifts
