Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification - M.Sc. Geology
- Min. 5 yrs. experience in Iron Ore Mines as a Sr. Executive (min)
- Having sufficient knowledge of Mines QA/QC
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)

Proposed JD:

- Project Operations, Technical Oversight & Stakeholder Coordination
- Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor operational performance, coordinate manpower, equipment, logistics & vehicles and resolve site-level issues.
- Provide technical guidance to field, inspection and laboratory teams.
- Coordinate with clients, mine officials, authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in technical discussions and reviews.
- Escalate critical operational, quality and compliance issues to management as required.
- Project Volume Management, Billing & Revenue Monitoring
- Maintain accurate project volume records for billing and revenue tracking.
- Coordinate invoice preparation, submission, payment follow-up and resolution of billing discrepancies.
- Monitor billing status and support revenue realization activities.
- Daily Operations Management




- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide regular monitoring, guidance, and operational support to project teams.
- Training, Team Development & Competency Building
- Plan and conduct technical, quality and safety training programs.
- Develop team competency through coaching, mentoring and skill-gap identification.
- Promote adherence to SOPs, inspection standards and secure work practices.
- Safety Management, JHA & HIRA
- Prepare and implement Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment reports.
- Drive hazard identification, risk control, and safety awareness initiatives.
- Ensure effective implementation of safety controls through toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Manpower Planning, Deployment & Field Audits
- Plan and deploy manpower to optimize productivity and operational efficiency.
- Conduct field audits to verify compliance with quality, safety, and operational requirements.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions arising from audit findings.
- Resource & Logistics Management
- Manage vehicle deployment, maintenance, fuel consumption and statutory compliance.
- Optimize logistics and resource utilization to support uninterrupted project operations.
- New Project Feasibility, Quotation & Execution
- Conduct technical, operational, safety and commercial feasibility assessments for new projects.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with relevant teams.
- Support project mobilization and execution from initiation through implementation.
