A. Job Description Regional Sales Manager (Bionic Hand Sales)

- Position Summary
- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market penetration, and achieving regional sales targets for the KalArm portfolio. The role requires building strong relationships with Prosthetists & Orthotists (P&O;), HCPs rehabilitation centers and hospitals. While ensuring consistent conversion of opportunities into successful installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales targets.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share and maximize revenue.
- Generate a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, digital outreach and field visits.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to product demonstration, commercial negotiation, order closure, and post-sales follow-up.
- Identify new business opportunities across hospitals, rehabilitation centers, prosthetic clinics and insurance providers.

• Customer & Clinical Engagement

- Conduct regular meetings with Hospital Clinical Practitioners (HCPs), Prosthetists & Orthotists (P&Os;), PM&R; specialists, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and other rehabilitation professionals.
- Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling clinical and commercial presentations highlighting the functional, technological, and economic benefits of the KalArm product portfolio.
- Educate healthcare professionals on patient selection, clinical outcomes, and rehabilitation protocols.
- Organize product demonstrations,



clinical workshops, CMEs, and awareness programs to increase product adoption.

• Account Management

- Develop and manage strategic accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses, effective coordination, and excellent after-sales support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product adoption within existing accounts.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while coordinating with clinical, technical, and service teams.

• Market Development

- Conduct market intelligence on competitors, pricing, customer preferences, reimbursement opportunities, and emerging technologies.
- Develop regional expansion strategies to increase product visibility and market penetration.
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, workshops, prosthetic conferences, and medical events.

• Reporting & Performance Management

- Maintain an accurate CRM and update sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity status regularly.
- Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline reviews, forecasts, and territory development plans.
- Monitor conversion ratios, sales performance, revenue generation, and profitability against assigned KPIs.
- Work closely with Marketing, Clinical, Production,



and Customer Support teams to improve customer experience and accelerate sales closures.

B. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Number of KalArm products sold.
- Lead generation and pipeline value.
- Lead-to-order conversion rate.
- Number of hospital, clinic, and P&O; visits per month.
- Number of product demonstrations and clinical presentations conducted.
- Recent hospital and rehabilitation centre onboarding.
- Repeat orders and customer retention.
- Average sales cycle duration.
- Collection efficiency and payment realization.
- Customer satisfaction and post-installation follow-up compliance.

• Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Commercial acumen with a customer-first approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution capabilities.

C. Preferred Experience

- 6–10 years of medical device/pharma, prosthetics, orthotics, rehabilitation technology, healthcare, or capital equipment sales experience.
- Strong network among hospitals, rehabilitation centres, Prosthetists & Orthotists, PM&R; specialists, and healthcare institutions.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
