Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Robot Framework to design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in automation frameworks, CI/CD integration. Experience: 5 to 6 years. Location: Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework
- Develop reusable keywords and libraries in Robot Framework
- Automate Web, API, and Database testing
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
- Execute regression, smoke, and integration test suites
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed defect reports
- Work closely with Dev, QA, and Business teams for requirement understanding
- Maintain automation code in Git repositories
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards





Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Mandatory:

- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework
- Experience with SeleniumLibrary in Robot Framework
- API automation experience (RequestsLibrary / REST APIs)
- Positive understanding of OOPS concepts
- Experience with Git version control
- CI/CD pipeline integration knowledge
- SQL knowledge for backend validation

Good to Have:

- Experience with PyTest / Behave
- Experience in Docker or containerized test execution
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
- Exposure to performance testing tools
- Banking / Payments domain knowledge (preferred if relevant to your project needs)
