Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end CRM campaign creation and execution, including automation rules that ensure accurate attribution and reliable reporting.
- Manage data imports and ongoing data integrity across the CRM, forms, landing pages, and third-party data sources preventing orphaned leads, broken tracking, and duplicate records.
- Troubleshoot system errors affecting lead flow, working cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and minimize disruption.
- Lead CRM improvement initiatives by identifying process and data gaps, then partnering with stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
- Manage lead flow and the lead revenue cycle, tracking conversions and MQL/SQL delivery while reporting on lead quality.
- Audit conversion funnels regularly to identify where prospects stall or drop off and recommend fixes.
- Partner with Field Marketing to build and refine lead scoring models that prioritize high-intent buyers.
- Create feedback loops between Sales and Marketing to continuously sharpen lead definitions and target audiences.
- Deliver performance reporting across channels, campaigns, and initiatives including targeting strategy surfacing insights and recommendations proactively.
- Evaluate performance against KPIs, using analytics to uncover trends and translate them into clear, actionable takeaways for stakeholders.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis to support evolving marketing and business needs.
- Stay current on digital and social trends, applying best practices to keep strategies effective.
- Recommend and implement tactics that strengthen customer engagement across digital channels.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 2-4 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 4 years experience with Salesforce CRM and 1 years experience with Account Engagement
- 2 years experience in a B2B workplace
- Ringlead, Zoominfo, GTM Studio experience preferred
