Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage Order to Cash (O2C) billing process from order receipt to cash application, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize O2C processes for improved efficiency.

- Utilize various systems such as OTC Billing, Cash Apps, Ar Collection to manage orders, track payments, and maintain accurate records.

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders and billing issues.

- Identify areas for improvement in the O2C process and implement changes to increase productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in Order To Cash (O2C) billing or related field.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).

- Solid understanding of OTC Billing, Cash Apps, Ar Collection software applications.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
