Role & responsibilities

- Prepare accurate techno-commercial offers and quotations based on customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Regularly follow up with customers for quotations, technical clarifications, purchase orders, and order confirmations.
- Support customers by providing technical details, product recommendations, and model selection for Honeywell and other industrial automation products.
- Coordinate with the sales team, OEMs, and suppliers for pricing, delivery schedules, and technical information.
- Process customer purchase orders, prepare order acknowledgements, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely execution.
- Perform basic calibration and configuration of Honeywell transmitters and PID controllers before dispatch, as per company procedures.
- Maintain quotation, order, and customer records in ERP/Excel and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with stores, procurement, dispatch, and accounts for smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Share product catalogs, datasheets, GA drawings, calibration certificates, compliance documents, and other technical documents with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a skilled and timely manner.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and techno-commercial compliance statements.
- Monitor pending quotations, order status, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
- Generate daily, weekly,



and monthly sales and order status reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring prompt communication and excellent service.
- Support the Sales Engineers and management in achieving sales targets and business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc., BBA, or Commerce.
- 13 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Industrial Automation. Freshers with a strong technical aptitude may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of industrial instrumentation, process measurement, control valves, HVAC products, transmitters, PID controllers, or automation products is preferred.
- Ability to understand technical datasheets, prepare techno-commercial quotations, and support product selection.
- Familiarity with calibration and configuration of transmitters or controllers will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP/CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
