Eligibility

- Undergraduates and Graduates: Freshers can apply
- Minimum 12th pass required
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in 24*7 rotational shifts including night shifts
- Immediate Joiners Only

Salary

- Undergraduates and Graduate Freshers: 18000 In hand - 25,000 In-Hand : Depending on the assessment score and qualification
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 35,000 In-Hand (based on experience)

- Handle customer queries via voice or chat
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions
- Deliver an excellent customer experience
