Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for handling IT system maintenance, hardware and software installation, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of the organizations IT infrastructure including computers, servers, networks, and surveillance systems. The role also involves vendor coordination, IT asset management, and maintaining system security and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations & Support

- Manage and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and firewall configurations.
- Install, configure, and update required software and hardware systems.
- Configure Outlook email accounts and support Google Workspace (G-Suite) setup.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to IT protocols through remote access support.
- Ensure data security through regular backups, access control, and firewall protection.




- Handle LAN/WAN connectivity issues and support surveillance system maintenance.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, support, and procurement activities.
- Manage ERP-related updates such as HSN code creation and RM/PM input updates.

IT Purchase & Vendor Coordination

- Understand business IT requirements and arrange cost-effective hardware/software solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, procurement, repair, and replacement of IT assets.
- Ensure availability of essential IT accessories and peripherals.
- Support procurement of desktops, laptops, and licensed software as per business requirements.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma in IT Hardware & Networking, Computer Science, BCA, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, hardware, networking, or system maintenance.
- Positive understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and networking concepts.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT tasks efficiently.
