About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client Engagement Executive to manage client interactions, strengthen client relationships, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process. This is a Work From Home role; however, the candidate must be based in Bangalore and be willing to travel whenever required for client meetings, events, or business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide regular updates.
- Schedule client meetings, review calls, and follow-up discussions.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and the internal recruitment team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Resolve client queries and escalate concerns when required.
- Maintain client records, reports, and engagement trackers.
- Support onboarding coordination and post-placement follow-ups.
- Travel to client locations within Bangalore whenever required.

Requirements

- Female candidates only.
- Must be currently based in Bangalore.
- 1 +years of experience in Client Engagement, Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, Recruitment Coordination, HR,



or Account Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection.
- Willingness to travel for official client meetings whenever required.

- Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
