- We are currently hiring skilled and detail-oriented HCC Medical Coders to join our team.

Job Summary:

- The selected candidate will be responsible for accurate coding of medical records using ICD-10-CM guidelines while ensuring compliance with HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review patient medical records and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM codes
- Perform HCC coding with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and client requirements
- Identify and capture all relevant diagnoses for risk adjustment
- Maintain defined productivity and quality standards
- Participate in coding audits and implement feedback
- Stay updated with industry changes and coding guidelines

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding




- Experience in HCC/Risk Adjustment coding
- Good understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to meet productivity and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience in HCC coding: 6 months to 5 years
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Both certified and non-certified candidates can apply
