Roles and Responsibilities:

- Source top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to fill IT recruitment requirements.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for leadership hiring positions.
- Negotiate salaries and benefits with selected candidates during the interview process.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Be an expert recruiter in IT and Non-IT Industry
- Represent Vienna Consultancy in front of its clients and help the company liaise with the clients in an efficient and productive way.
- Act as a HR, representing Vienna to its clients and help company to grow business and fulfill client’s requirements in the best possible way.
- Should be professional, outgoing, "goal-oriented" and passionate about recruitment and company’s growth.
- Should strive to achieve company growth by going the extra mile to close apposition




- Should be able to conduct initial screening round and negotiate with the candidates and clients.
- Research and recommend current opportunities for the company for Client Lead Generation and recruitment.
- Should keep track record of progress and maintain all data relevant to the job and should be able to furnish data records as needed.
- Should be able to communicate to stakeholders including, but not limited to Managers, Sr. Managers, Vice-Presidents and other higher management.
- Should take part in all client and company meetings as needed

Job Requirements:

- 1-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
- Excellent leadership hiring skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Office Timing – Monday to Friday 8 hours per day. Saturday (half day, 4 hours).
