Job Summary

Antarang Foundation is looking for a dynamic and passionate Assistant Manager in Sustainability and Partnerships to drive and support our government and stakeholder engagement efforts as we implement a long-term sustainability plan for Career Readiness. This role is central to building robust partnerships with government departments, NGOs, and educational institutions to integrate career awareness and readiness into the mainstream education ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

- Industry Outreach and Engagement: Conduct outreach to local industries and associations across the model districts (specific to particular states) to ensure availability of experts and workplaces for industry sessions wherever required
- Onboard industry partners/expert speakers for participation in virtual and in-person exposure sessions
- Conduct outreach to industry associations for partnerships
- Build and maintain a database of potential and confirmed industry partners
- Coordinate and schedule sessions in collaboration with industry partners and state teams
- Document and share updates on outreach progress, challenges, and key outcomes.
- Database and Resource Management: Maintain an updated tracker of industry partners, outreach progress, and session status
- Ensure all partnership and engagement details are accurately captured in the database




- Manage creation of and maintaining a virtual industry session bank and expert speaker video repository
- Manage and update communication templates, outreach materials, and contact logs required for outreach, onboarding and data maintenance.
- Coordination with the State Team: Liaise regularly with the state team for updates on outreach and implementation timelines
- Flag key challenges or delays and coordinate problem-solving discussions as needed
- Support smooth information flow between central and state teams on partnership implementation
- Document key action points and learnings from coordination meetings.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare periodic summaries and reports on outreach progress and partner engagement
- Capture success stories, feedback, and insights from industry interactions
- Contribute to internal documentation for review and planning.

Profile Requisites
- 2-3 years of experience with partnership development, corporate engagement, or stakeholder outreach
- Robust research, communication, and coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to timelines and take ownership of deliverables
- Proficiency in English and Hindi, knowable of local language
- Openness to travel locally within assigned geographies (as required)
- Work Hours: Full time (8.5 hours)
