- Key Responsibilities

- Handle voice calls for sales inquiries and customer support for the Tata Motors process.

- Maintain exceptional communication standards and deliver accurate product information to potential clients.

- Drive lead conversion and meet operational sales targets while maintaining service quality.

- Follow prescribed quality guidelines (V4/V5 quality standards) on every call.

- Requirements & Qualifications

- Graduation is mandatory in any stream.

- Minimum 1 year of total experience (1 year in Sales/Customer Support, or a combination of 6 months in Sales + 6 months in Customer Support).

- Fluent in Hindi and English with robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Minimum V4 or V5 English/communication quality rating.

- Prior experience in the Sales domain is strongly preferred.
- 6 days a week with 1 rotational day off
- Virtual interview
