Client delivery | Content Development

THE ROLE
Your role is primarily to deliver client engagements and to build the frameworks, instruments and research that our work rests on. You will run assigned workstreams end to end, from diagnosis through to the recommendations the client acts on, and you will produce the documents that carry them.
Delivery happens on-site and remote across India and the Middle East, so the role carries extensive travel and hybrid working. This is a small firm and the work is not layered. You will do your own analysis, build your own deliverables, and sit in front of the client to explain them. Consultants here are judged on the quality of what leaves the door.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engagement delivery. Run assigned workstreams on client engagements: scope the question, gather the data, do the analysis, and take the findings and recommendations to the client.
Diagnostics and assessment. Design and administer diagnostic questionnaires and capability assessments, and interpret the results into findings the client can act on.
Frameworks and instruments. Build competency architectures, behavioural indicators, scoring logic and interpretation rules, and keep them consistent across clients.
Data and analysis. Build and maintain assessment workbooks, gap registers, training priority registers and succession slates. This work is verified line by line and the standard is zero error at handover.
¢ Client engagement. Work directly with HR leads, business heads and CEOs. Conduct site visits, run workshops and review sessions, and hold your ground in a room of senior people.
¢ Deliverable production. Produce client-ready documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint to our brand and language standards.
¢ Research and publishing. Conduct secondary research and write evidence-based papers with traceable citations, for publication under the firm's research programme.
¢ Practice development. Contribute to proposals,

scoping notes and diagnostic tools, and help build the firm's intellectual property between engagements.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
¢ Education. MSc in organisational psychology with specialisation in human resource management and development or relevant similar streams
¢ Experience. 2 to 5 years of hands-on industry experience in Talent Management and Learning and Development, or in an HR Business Partnering role. Consulting exposure is welcome but in-house depth is what we are looking for.
¢ Domain knowledge. Competency frameworks, training needs analysis, succession planning, performance systems, assessment and organisational structure. You should know how these behave inside a real business under pressure, not only in theory.
¢ Analytical craft. Advanced Excel and a verification discipline that holds up across large datasets. You should be the person who finds the error before the client does.
¢ Writing. Clear, plain skilled English. You will be writing diagnostic reports, client presentations and research papers, and each has a different register.
¢ Research ability. You can build a credible evidence base from secondary sources and cite it properly.
¢ Client presence. You can present findings to a business head or a CEO, take a challenge without folding, and know when to hold a position and when to revise it.
¢ Tools. PowerPoint and Word to a professional standard. Comfort using AI tools for drafting and analysis, along with the judgement to check what they produce.
¢ Travel and mobility.

Willing to travel extensively to client sites across India and the Middle East, including multi-day visits, and to work hybrid between client site, office and remote.

SUCCESS CRITERIA
¢ Hands-on. You build the deliverable yourself. There is no team below you to pass it to.
¢ Clear thinker and go-getter. You can cut through a messy client situation to the actual question, and then move on it without being pushed.
¢ Works without supervision. You are given the outcome and the deadline, not the steps.
¢ Client stakeholder management. You hold relationships with HR leads, business heads and CEOs, and manage difficult conversations without losing the account or the point.
¢ Extensive travel and hybrid working. You are on client sites when the work needs you there, across India and the Middle East.
¢ Comfort with ambiguity. Both the role and the business are still taking shape. You are able to work well without a settled brief.
¢ Contribution-linked earnings. A part of what you earn is tied to what you contribute, and that suits how you want to work.

WHY THIS ROLE IS WORTH YOUR TIME
¢ You work on the whole problem. Diagnosis, design, data, deliverable and client conversation all sit with the same person.
¢ You get direct access to founders, CEOs and business heads early in your career rather than after several years of back-office work.
¢ You will build instruments and frameworks that the firm uses across clients, not slides that are read once and filed.
¢ The work spans sectors from manufacturing to BFSI to IT services, and geographies from Indian plants to Middle East offices, which is an unusual range to build this early.

THE BASICS
¢ Base and mode: Bengaluru. Full-time, On-site, with extensive travel. Client delivery on-site and remote across India and the Middle East.
¢ Compensation: A fixed component plus contribution-linked earnings. Details discussed at interview.
