Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end accounting: bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing
- GST, TDS/TCS, and income tax compliance, including return filings and audit support
- Daily/weekly/monthly MIS reporting: cash flow, budget vs actuals, receivables/payables ageing, variance analysis
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Operations & HR for data accuracy and process discipline
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities
- MBA-Finance / M.Com preferred
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax
- Proficient in Tally/BUSY, Advanced Excel
- Strong communication skills to work across departments
- Prior experience in independent MIS reporting
