- ;Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering / building services engineering.;Masters Degree/Chartered Engineering status is a plus.;

- ;Minimum 3-5;years experience in engineering consultancy firms.;

- ;Experience in Middle East projects will be;highly preferred.

- ;Have a proven record as a Design Engineer on projects such as commercial, high-rise residential, mixed-use, hotels or data centre projects.;

- ;Demonstrates solid technical expertise in HVAC engineering.

- ;Key Responsibilities:

- ;HVAC design, including load calculations, system selection (Chilled Water, VRF/DX, and Packaged Systems), equipment sizing and selection, pressurization systems, smoke extraction design in compliance with local fire codes, and energy-efficient design solutions.

- ;Delivery of projects through all design stages, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, and IFC

- ;Coordination with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and other disciplines to ensure integrated design delivery.

- ;Prepare markups and review of HVAC drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD and Navisworks/ACC.

- ;Knowledge of design philosophy/design fundamentals and codes/guidelines such as ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA, Local Fire Code and Local Authority Requirements

- ;Demonstrates strong engineering analysis and problem-solving skills

- ;Technical Software skills: HAP, IES VE is a plus, Bluebeam, AutoCAD basics, Navisworks, ACC.

- ;Should be responsible for Quality Management (QA) for their team.





- ;Have knowledge of the company s delivery in CAD standards and 3D working.
