Role & responsibilities

1. Handle client leads and conduct initial requirement discussions.

2. Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.

3. Prepare BOQs, project estimates, and client quotations.

4. Schedule and coordinate site measurement visits.

5. Take accurate site measurements and prepare measurement records.

6. Develop interior design concepts and space planning layouts.

7. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials.

8. Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.

9. Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams.

10.Monitor project progress and ensure design quality during execution.

11.Resolve site-related design issues and coordinate with execution teams.

12.Maintain project documentation and ensure timely project completion.





Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

26 years of experience in interior design projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.

Strong knowledge of space planning, interior detailing, and material selection.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Experience in site measurement, project coordination, and vendor management.

Ability to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and client quotations.

Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.

Solid organizational and time management skills.
