Job Role - .Net Production Support - GuidingCare

Positions (Total - 7) - 1 SRE + 2 L3 + 2 Guiding Care + 2 L2

Experience - 5-10 years

Location - Hybrid (Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore)

Immediate to 15 Days NP

Note: GuidingCare is mandatory

Experience:

- Extensive experience in development related to GuidingCare or any other healthcare management systems
- Experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and Guiding Care
- Experience with claims processing, benefits management, and provider network management in the healthcare space.
- Solid familiarity with databases and writing complex SQL queries.
- Experience in system integrations, including REST APIs.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in high-pressure situation (Major incidents / Application outage)

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SQL, .Net (for backend tasks), and working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP).




- Experience with web services.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is a plus.
- US healthcare is mandatory.
- Usage of AI in Application Support

Must haves:

Production Support Knowledge
.Net & MS tech stack
Strong Comm. Skills - should be able to lead

Provide L3 production support for Guiding Care, integration workflows or any other related healthcare applications

- Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and apply minor bug fixes/patches in C#/.NET
- Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing
- Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks
- Maintain knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions
- Participate in on-call rotation (24x7 model, flexible shifts)
