Manager- Warehouse Operations
Location: Bhiwandi

Role Overview
Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely dispatches, efficient space utilisation, process discipline, team productivity and coordination with Sales, Service, Finance, Logistics and other functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receiving, GRN, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and outward processes.
- Ensure accurate and real-time inventory records, stock reconciliation and proper categorisation.
- Monitor stock ageing, slow/non-moving inventory and warehouse space utilisation.
- Coordinate dispatches, transportation, packing lists, invoices, delivery documentation and PODs.
- Track replacement and demo equipment and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with Service for repair/refurbishment of damaged or defective machines and conversion into finished goods.
- Lead, train and develop the warehouse team, with explicit responsibilities and performance standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement, Logistics and customers to resolve operational issues.
- Drive process improvement, productivity, cost control and efficient warehouse practices.
- Prepare and review MIS covering stock, inward/outward movement, dispatches, pending deliveries, ageing and warehouse performance.
- Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness and controls to minimise discrepancies, damages, losses and errors.

- Replacement & Demo Stock: Tracking and timely closure
- Refurbishment: Reduction in damaged/defective inventory and refurbishment turnaround time
- Team Performance: Team productivity, performance and development
- Process Improvement: Efficiency improvements and operational cost reduction
- Service Levels: Internal stakeholder and customer satisfaction
Requirements & Skills
- 10-15 years experience in warehouse, inventory or supply chain operations, preferably in B2B manufacturing, equipment or distribution.
- Strong experience in warehouse team management, inventory control, dispatch and stock reconciliation.
- Experience handling equipment, machines, spares, replacement and demo inventory preferred.
- Good knowledge of SAP B1, WMS and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, planning, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on approach with strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration or related field preferred.
