Bottom line We re looking for a current Fice and Business Support Manager, Responsible for comfortable Accounting with balancing the books when it comes to managing the needs of owners, auditors and regulatory agencies while also monitoring and improving hotel profitability. In return, we ll put our ficial operations and the security of our hotel assets in your expert hands.

Every day is different, but you ll mostly be:

Managing and coaching your team to ensure the right person is always on the right task

Setting exceptional accounting practice standards and ensuring ficial control procedures remain ethical and legal

Maximising ficial returns through ficial analysis, data trends and market information - while budgeting accordingly

Enhancing the guest experience through improved payment options, inventory controls and ficial dispute resolution

Supervising a number of clerical accounting employees across a range of functions - from Accounts Payable to Purchasing and Payroll.

What We need from you:

Bachelor s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting and Fice

4-8 years experience in hotel accounting or auditing with at least one year in an Assistant Controller or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Knowledge of accounting management duties e.g., negotiating hotel space and tet leases, processing payroll, performing asset management duties, providing business projections, displacement analysis, preparing government reports, filing tax returns etc





Professional accounting or fice designation or certification preferred

Must speak local language(s)

Other languages beneficial
