Inframat Alloys Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining operational data, preparing MIS reports, monitoring production and inventory performance, and supporting management with actionable business insights to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, validate, and maintain data from production, inventory, quality, and other operational departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to production, inventory, raw material consumption, and operational KPIs.
- Generate reports on production targets vs. achievement, machine-wise breakdowns, electricity consumption, yield, rejection, and consumables usage.
- Monitor and report on:
- Raw Material Stock
- Work-in-Progress (WIP) Stock
- Finished Goods Stock
- Hold Material Stock
- Dispatch Status

- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Support management with customized reports, dashboards, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity,



and confidentiality within the MIS system.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely reporting and data availability.
- Identify discrepancies in production and inventory data and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational losses.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
- 25 years of experience as an MIS Executive in a manufacturing industry. Experience in the steel or metal manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Dashboards, etc.).
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL, MS Access, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports while maintaining high accuracy
