- Good implementation knowledge in Quality Assurance, Process facilitation, internal auditing, metrics analysis across various projects and Services
- Drive QA facilitation and Delivery excellence initiatives in AD(Agile, iterative, and waterfall) and AM engagements aligning to client and organizational expectations.
- Identify risks/ business alerts related to Delivery, quality, and process and report to management
- Support engagement in collecting operational data, analyzing metrics, and implementing agile concepts effectively.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between QA and delivery teams
- Provide orientation/training to delivery teams on various QMS processes, quality initiatives, and standards




- Experience in conducting quality audits and reviews to identify delivery challenges early and report to management.
- Define processes, guidelines, prepare templates, checklists, and standardize and maintain
- Very good knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 27701, CMMI Dev L5, CMMI SVC L5, and handling external audits
- Good knowledge in 7 Quality tools, Minitab, Power BI for data analysis and presentation
- Collaborate with the lead/managers to identify necessary improvements
- Robust oral and written communication, interpersonal skills
- Certifications on ITIL, Agile, ISO 9K, 27K LA, are desirable
