- Requirement Analysis Deep-dive into client RFP/RFQs; identify scope, assumptions, exclusions, and success criteria
- Solution Design Propose the most cost-effective, scalable solution balancing quality, timeline, and budget
- Process Optimization Recommend the most effective execution workflow (waterfall, agile, hybrid) based on project type
- Effort & Cost Estimation Derive bottom-up effort estimates (person-months), tools, infrastructure, and third party costs
- Resource Profiling Identify skill sets (IDs, SMEs, developers, QA), team size, and ramp-up/ramp-down plans
- Proposal Support Collaborate with sales to create compelling proposals, presentations, and client walkthroughs
- Knowledge Management Maintain a repository of estimation benchmarks, best practices, and lessons learned
- Analytical Thinking Ability to break down ambiguous requirements into structured estimates
- Commercial Awareness Understand pricing levers,



margin drivers, and competitive positioning
- Communication Articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptability Handle multiple concurrent opportunities across diverse client segments

Personal attributes/skills required:

- Education Bachelor's degree (any discipline) Master's in Education / Instructional Design / MBA
- Certifications PMP / PRINCE2 (good to have) Certified Instructional Designer / IDOL Academy
- Years of Experience 812 years total 5+ years in EdTech Presales / Solutioning
- Industry Exposure EdTech / Education Publishing / Digital Learning K-12, Higher Ed, University segments
