We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Construction Engineer to join our team at Blue Star Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.




- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.

Job Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction engineering or related field.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies used in construction management.
