About the Role
We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing Credit Cooperative Society. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our small business loan products to local shopkeepers, street vendors, and small business owners. If you enjoy meeting people, working in the field, and building relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to start or grow your career in sales.

Key Responsibilities
-Visit assigned areas across Pune to identify potential customers.
-Explain our daily EMI loan repayment model to local shopkeepers and vendors.
-Generate qualified loan leads through field visits and relationship building.
-Assist customers with the initial loan application process.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses.
-Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
-Provide regular updates on field activities and customer feedback.
-Eligibility




-Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
-Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
-Basic knowledge of Marathi and Hindi is preferred.
Salary & Advantages
In-hand Salary: 15,000 per month
Performance Incentive: 400 for every successful lead resulting in a 1,00,000 loan
Fuel/Petrol expenses reimbursed by the company
