Key Responsibilities
Recruit for State Clients, Implementation Partners, MSPs, System Integrators (SI), and Third-Party Vendor requirements.
Manage W2 (70%) and C2C (30%) hiring requirements.
Source, screen, interview, and onboard top IT professionals across multiple technologies.
Handle both bulk hiring and niche technology requirements, including ERP skill sets.
Effectively utilize LinkedIn, Dice, Naukri, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other job portals to identify quality talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers and drive the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline while consistently meeting hiring targets.
