Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, security, and performance of servers, networks, security, and end-user systems while providing technical support to internal users.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Monitor server performance, system availability, and resource utilization.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and user accounts.
- Configure and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and end point security.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, and wireless networks.
- Maintain backups for the infrastructure.
- Manage endpoint security, antivirus, EDR, and vulnerability remediation.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and infrastructure support.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Desktop/Laptop hardware and software.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and provide timely resolution.
- Solid knowledge on monitoring infrastructure.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
- Basic experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
- Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, routing, and switching.
- Basic Experience with backup solutions.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, patch management, and cybersecurity best practices

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
