Job Summary

Ms Mabishalaxmi Builders is seeking motivated and dedicated Civil Engineers to join our construction team. The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and supporting the timely completion of projects.

Eligibility

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and site execution.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Ensure construction quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, and documentation.




- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Verify quantities and assist in material planning and procurement.
- Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Assist in billing, estimation, and project planning as required.
