About this role

- The person in this role is responsible for the on-time completion of projects or components of large, complex projects for clients, and Identifies and elevates potential new business opportunities.
- Manages a significant mix of business areas, with comprehensive responsibilities across business operations, resources management, and people development.

Principal responsibilities

The principal responsibilities are categorized under 4 KRAs as below:

Accountability

- Acts as the project lead for large and complex projects
- Responsible for overall outcomes/deliverables from Advanced Analytics.
- Structures work allocation between the teams
- Reviews completed work and ensures they are conforming to the IQVIA standards
- Manages multiple teams and/or members
- Responsible for keeping up the team motivation for increased efficiency levels
- Brings in required project flow improvisations

Knowledge

- Serves as a distinguished industry expert and uses expertise to lead innovation (process automations, research writing,



literature review)
- Identifies training needs of team, and delivers training on topics of expertise

IQVIA specific Expertise

- Ensures project deliveries using the most optimum IQVIA offering
- Suggests improvisations in terms of possible automations and better data representation for selected IQVIA offerings
- Identify best combinations of offerings to be utilized for client projects based on project requirements

Client /Communication/Financial

- Responsible for maintaining solid stakeholder relationships and bringing in cross-team collaborations
- Contributes to business area growth by identifying potential business opportunities while interacting with stakeholders, and implementing business solutions by taking innovative approach

Education, Skills, and Specialized Knowledge Required –

- Bachelor’s degree with 6 – 9 years of related experience in consulting, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry. Masters degree preferred.
- Possesses solid project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills
