Job Description (Control-M Administrator)

Responsibilities

- Control-M administration experience as Level 2/3 level (minimum of 5-7 years) for complex infrastructure and environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Control-M Architecture and Functionalities.
- Ability to schedule jobs, monitor and troubleshoot the issues related to jobs like SAP, OS, Database , file transfers, etc.
- Ability to Install troubleshoot control-M agents.
- Ability to Install troubleshoot Control M EM Server issues.
- Experience in Control M Upgrades.
- Knowledge on integrations using plugins and API based connections with other infrastructure services.
- Setup and maintain high availability DR of the Control-M environment.
- Ability to maintain, upgrade and patch the Control-M environment.
- Document technical solutions and build SOPs.




- Knowledge on Linux and Windows setting.
- Analytical skill to understand user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing job flows and schedules systems.
- Knowledge on ServiceNow ITSM tool.
- Basic understanding of scripting and batch knowledge.
- Self-driven, committed, process Oriented and able to handle challenging situations.
- Open to take-up additional responsibilities as and when needed.
