Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure effective site execution by monitoring progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for brownfield projects to ensure successful completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop solutions, and resolve conflicts.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or related field.
- Solid background in brownfield/green field project management or similar roles.
- Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale engineering projects from concept to delivery.
