Job Summary

Performance Tester to evaluate and ensure the scalability, reliability, stability, and responsiveness of applications under varying loads in CLS Settlement services. Should have strong experience in the banking and financial services domain with Forex trading knowledge. Will be responsible for designing and executing performance and load tests to ensure our systems meet performance expectations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools and frameworks, robust analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- Minimum 7 to 10 years of performance test experience in banking and financial services domain
- Hands on experience with Linux environment, Cron scheduler, Component Level performance validation and Analysis including RTGS Systems (SWIFT, PayPlus, GMPlus and NetReveal applications)
- Experience in design and develop the Performance Test Artifacts.
- Enhance and debug the Load Runner scripts and result analysis.
- Contribute to non-functional requirement (NFR) definitions.
- Analyse test results against NFRs and identify bottlenecks in system performance.
- Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, Perl and Shell scripting.
- Hands on Experience on Defect management process (Jira)



and Change Management Process.
- Define and maintain performance testing strategy, test scenarios, and test data.
- Contribute to performance tuning, capacity planning, and system optimization efforts.
- Analyse system performance metrics including response time, throughput, resource utilization, and scalability.
- Identify memory leaks, and potential issues (under different load conditions)
- Ensure that all performance testing activities align with business requirements and SLAs.

Required Skills and Experience

- 8-10 years of testing experience in aligned technology or service domain.
- Experience with test strategy and planning, execution, and defect management, Performance Management and Tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages and testing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across project teams.

Preferred Skills and Experience

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- ISTQB Certification (International Software Testing Qualification Board)
