Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor Sales & Service who can assist clients with their service requirements, provide the right business solutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to service completion. The role involves both customer servicing and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Understand customer requirements and explain IndiaFilings services clearly.
- Recommend suitable business, tax, compliance, or registration services.




- Coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery and documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers until closure.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and update customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned service and sales targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an added advantage).
- Customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and service processes.
- Ability to explain services confidently and professionally.
- Valuable listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
