- Recruit and onboard POSP Agents/Advisors.
- Build and manage a strong agency network.
- Generate Motor, Health, and Life Insurance business through partners.
- Train and guide POSP agents on products and sales processes.
- Conduct regular field visits and partner meetings.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Support partners with quotations, policy issuance, and renewals.
- Identify current business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents and business partners.
