Job Summary
The Senior Executive Control Tower will be responsible for monitoring operational performance, managing service measurement, validating operational and commercial data, and generating actionable insights to support business decisions. This role will work closely with operations teams across the country to ensure service performance is measured accurately, reports are published on time, and operational controls are maintained.
The role also involves managing airline and partner transaction data, validating commercial accuracy, monitoring rate application, and ensuring timely updates of operational trackers. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical capabilities, a thorough understanding of operational processes, and excellent Excel and dashboarding skills.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Performance & Service Measurement

- Monitor daily operational performance across all locations and business units.
- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and service performance dashboards.
- Track and analyze key operational KPIs, SLAs, productivity, turnaround times, and service quality metrics.
- Identify trends, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Support operations teams with actionable insights to improve service performance and operational efficiency.

Airline & Partner Transaction Management

- Manage and validate airline and partner transaction data to ensure completeness and accuracy.




- Review transaction records against agreed commercial terms and applicable rates.
- Verify that correct rates are applied for airline and partner transactions and identify discrepancies.
- Perform regular audits of billing, transaction records, and commercial data to minimize revenue leakage and billing errors.
- Analyze transaction trends, cost variations, and exceptions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve transaction and commercial discrepancies.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Consolidate data from multiple operational systems and prepare management reports.
- Build and maintain Excel-based MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Develop automated reports wherever possible to improve reporting efficiency.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reports.
- Maintain historical data and support business reviews with meaningful analytical insights.

Tracker Management & Operational Controls

- Monitor and control operational trackers maintained by various teams.
- Ensure all trackers are updated accurately and within defined timelines.
- Conduct regular validations to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Follow up with stakeholders on pending updates, discrepancies, and action items.




- Drive adherence to reporting standards and established operational control processes.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Good understanding of operations, service measurement, and operational control processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, advanced formulas, charts, and data analysis.
- Experience in creating dashboards using Excel and/or Power BI.
- Ability to analyze commercial and operational transactions with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, process-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Post graduate.
- 36 years of experience in Control Tower, Operations Analytics, Service Measurement, MIS, Commercial Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics.
- Experience handling airline, logistics, or transportation-related operational and commercial data will be an added advantage.

- Accuracy and timeliness of service performance reports.
