We are looking for a Planning Engineer with 25 years of experience in building and factory construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, manpower tracking, and preparation of DPR, DLR, and management reports to ensure timely project delivery.

Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Develop baseline schedules, micro-level plans, and recovery schedules.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances.
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Daily Labour Reports (DLR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).
- Track manpower deployment, productivity, equipment utilization, and material consumption.
- Coordinate with site execution, procurement, billing, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams.




- Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports, and progress presentations.
- Monitor critical activities and support timely closure of project bottlenecks.
- Assist in resource planning and forecasting for project completion.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide planning update

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling of building and factory construction projects.
- Hands-on experience in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced Excel.
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and reporting systems.
