Responsibilities

1. Analyze customer behavior and digital performance using Adobe Analytics to generate actionable business insights.
2. Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize customer journeys and improve digital engagement.
3. Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis from multiple data sources.
4. Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support business and product teams.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Engineering to recommend data-driven improvements.

Requirements

1. 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role.
2. Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and/or A/B Testing tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or VWO.
3. Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
4. Good understanding of web analytics, customer behavior analysis, and experimentation methodologies.
5.



Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
