Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end technical hiring on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions while working in a fast-paced environment.

IT recruiters typically handle the full hiring cycleright from sourcing candidates to onboarding and offer negotiation

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and evaluate technical skills for IT roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Handle C2H / contract staffing requirements
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent
- Negotiate salary and ensure offer closures
- Maintain candidate database and ATS updates
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs





Recruiters are also expected to build talent pipelines and align candidates with company requirements and culture

Required Skills

- 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
- Experience in contract / C2H hiring
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Valuable communication & stakeholder management
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / IT
- Experience working in a staffing or consulting firm
- Knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment metrics

Most IT recruiter roles prefer candidates with HR or related degrees and strong communication and networking skills
