This is a hands-on, independent role responsible for the complete accounts, taxation and compliance function across a group of companies with modest revenues, as well as the personal tax affairs of the promoter and family. The candidate must be comfortable doing the work directly rather than supervising it, and flexing across entities and tasks as needed.

Independently manage the complete accounting function for all group companies day-to-day bookkeeping through finalisation

Manage statutory, internal and tax audits end-to-end; resolve auditor queries and close audits on time

Prepare and file personal income tax returns for the promoter and family members, including advance tax planning, capital gains workings and HUF matters where applicable

Attend and represent before Income Tax and GST authorities for scrutiny/assessment cases, coordinating with tax consultants where required





Coordinate with the Company Secretary for timely ROC/MCA and other statutory compliances across entities

Maintain compliance records and documentation in audit-ready condition at all times

Handle banking operations, cash flow, payments and reconciliations

Prepare accounting and business MIS at regular intervals as per management needs

Financial analysis — variance analysis, cost reviews and entity-level performance

Process monthly payroll and related statutory payments (PF/ESIC/PT as applicable), working off inputs from the admin function

High integrity, discretion and confidentiality — the role involves complete visibility of promoter and family financial affairs

Adaptable and willing to take on whatever the group needs
