Job Summary

Test Manager to design, implement, and oversee test plan, frameworks, and solutions across multiple projects. The Test Manager will oversee the testing approach implementation, ensure quality standards, guide QA teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable software systems. Should have strong knowledge and experience in banking, financial domain and FOREX trading.

Responsibilities

- Test Manager to design, implement, and oversee test plan, frameworks, and solutions across multiple projects.
- The Test Manager will oversee the testing approach implementation, ensure quality standards, guide QA teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable software systems.
- Should have strong knowledge and experience in banking, financial domain and FOREX trading.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Test Management with handling of multiple projects.
- Experience in define and establish test plan, test estimation and frameworks.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, technologies, and automation frameworks.
- Design and implement scalable test automation solutions for functional, non-functional, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, Service Management and QA teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Establish best practices for test design, execution, defect management,



and reporting.
- Review and improve test documentation, coverage, and traceability.
- Experience in resource management and resource planning.
- Experience in Business Test plan and Detailed Test Plan designing
- Hands on experience in RTGS Systems (SWIFT, PayPlus, GMPlus and NetReveal applications)

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

- 10-12 years of testing experience in aligned technology or service domain
- Experience with test strategy and planning, execution, and defect management, testing framework, financial domain and FOREX.
- Proficiency in programming languages and testing tools
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across project teams

Preferred Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- ISTQB Certification (International Software Testing Qualification Board)
