Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new products and improve existing food products.
- Conduct product trials and coordinate commercial production batches.
- Handle sourcing of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product development requirements.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth manufacturing execution.
- Monitor product quality, taste, texture, and shelf life during trials and production.
- Prepare formulations, trial reports, SOPs, and product documentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for approvals and testing.
- Research market trends and suggest innovative product ideas.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of food product development and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience in factory production and trials.
- Understanding of sourcing and vendor coordination.
- Valuable knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Qualification : - Bachelors / Masters Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
