Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Support production deployments and troubleshoot application issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other development teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with quality processes.
- Perform impact analysis for recent enhancements and system changes.
- Support batch processing and job scheduling activities.
