Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, and supporting DevOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Provision and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform.
- Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and application release processes.
- Manage Azure resources including Virtual Machines, VNets, Load Balancers, Storage Accounts, App Services, AKS, and Azure SQL.
- Configure Azure DevOps Repositories, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts, and Release Pipelines.
- Integrate security scanning, quality gates, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize build/release pipelines.
- Implement branching strategies and source code management using Git.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud infrastructure.
- Maintain technical documentation and deployment standards.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in DevOps engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
- Expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.




- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Robust knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Good knowledge of YAML pipeline development.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
- Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Experience with Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, and Azure Compute services.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Familiarity with SonarQube, Nexus/Artifactory, or similar DevSecOps tools.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools.
- Knowledge of GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Experience with Helm Charts.
- Understanding of Azure Landing Zones.
- Knowledge of security best practices and cloud governance.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
- Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-305) are preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Azure certifications are highly desirable.

Nice to Have

- Experience with multi-environment deployments.
- Experience working in enterprise cloud migration projects.
- Knowledge of container security and vulnerability management.
- Exposure to FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
