Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement commissioning philosophy, procedures, and best practices across projects.
- Establish standardized commissioning checklists, protocols, and documentation.
- Provide leadership and governance to commission teams across multiple sites.
- Ensure commissioning activities align with contractual requirements and IMS procedures.
- Review project scope, technical specifications, and system guarantee.
- Review project scope, technical specifications, and system guarantee.
- Develop commissioning schedules integrated with project execution plans.
- Ensure readiness of drawings, manuals, spares, and consumables.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Control Systems, and Design teams for issue resolution.
- Conduct load trials, reliability runs, and performance guarantee tests.




- Enforce strict adherence to EHS procedures during commissioning and startup.
- Ensure compliance with statutory inspections, approvals, and certifications.
- Lead rootcause analysis for commissioning failures or performance gaps.
- Ensure formal system handover and issuance of Provisional / Final Acceptance Certificates.
- Provide commissioning feedback for continuous improvement in design and execution.
