Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 510 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, NBFCs, or financial services with Lending (Loans)/LMS/LOS experience.
- Strong understanding of:
- Stressed/NPA asset lifecycle
- Collections processes & legal workflows (SARFAESI, DRT, OTS, restructuring)
- Credit risk principles and regulatory norms

- Experience with workflow-based applications, casemanagement tools, or loan management systems.
- Proficiency in BRD writing, user stories, process mapping (BPMN), and SQL/basic data analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of data model design

Nice to Have

- Experience working in Agile workplace (Scrum).
- Exposure to digital collections, EWS systems, AI-driven recovery tools.
- Understanding of financial modelling or risk analytics.
