Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can generate business opportunities, build robust client relationships, and lead the complete sales cycle from identifying prospects to closing deals.

The ideal candidate should have experience selling IT services, software development, or consulting solutions. The role requires a proactive individual who can work independently while collaborating closely with technical and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Identify potential clients using LinkedIn, Apollo, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and business leaders.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT services and engagement models.
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to create customized solutions.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.




- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Develop long-term client relationships for repeat business and account growth.
- Represent Insightogram professionally during client meetings and virtual presentations.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of IT services, software development lifecycle, or technology consulting.
- Experience in lead generation and business development.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding of proposal preparation and commercial discussions.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
